History
For over a decade, ZSK has upheld the principles of being professional, responsible and reliable, committed to providing high quality integrated legal services. In addition, it has developed a deep insight into the changing world and has excellent capability to advise strategically on various issues. All ZSK partners were graduated from the most reputable law schools in China and hold master's degrees in law. Many ZSK attorneys hold degrees granted by first-class law schools in the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries and hold lawyer's qualification in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong SRA, the United States or European Countries. ZSK is headquartered in Beijing, and has offices in Shanghai, Nanjing, London and Montreal.

Social Responsibility
“It is more blessed to give than to receive.” As a law firm with a strong sense of social responsibility, ZSK established a partnership with Beijing Bethel Care Center for the Visually Impaired (“Bethel”) in 2022, to sponsor and provide pro bono legal services to visually impaired children. Bethel is a private non-enterprise entity registered with Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, and is dedicated to serving the visually impaired, especially visually impaired children, and providing them with high-quality early intervention and special education.
Since 2021, ZSK attorney Yue PENG has been engaged by Xinhua News Agency as a specially invited legal counsel by Xinhua News Agency, and has been providing pro bono legal advices and legal analyses on hot legal issues and focus issues in “QuanMinPai”, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of netizens.
ZSK provides Beijing Equity Trading Center, Ordos SME Platform, ZHONG GUAN CUN NO.1 and other institutions with free legal training as a specially invited law firm and answers legal questions from their corporate members.
As specially invited lecturers, ZSK attorneys were invited for several times to China University of Political Science and Law and Beijing Normal University for sharing their experiences in cutting-edge legal practices.
