Xiaolei KANG graduated from the Law school of Peking University in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in law, and studied at the Law school of University of Chicago in 2006 obtained a master's degree in law from there. She is admitted to practice law both in China and New York State, the United States. She has practiced in top domestic law firms and served as a partner for many years, and also worked in Jones Day, an American law firm.
