PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Yue PENG holds a master's degree in law from Renmin University of China and is admitted to practice law in China. She is the evaluation expert for the Zhongguancun YingCamp Cross-border Acceleration Platform, the mediator for the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Mediation Centre and the invited legal advisor for Xinhua News Agency. Yue PENG has been working as a legal counsel and attorney for 10 years since graduation.

Advised several pharmaceutical companies and CROs on responses to adverse events in clinical trials and assisted them with negotiation and agreement drafting; advised a healthcare company on legal compliance, commercialization transaction structuring and regulatory compliance and drafted related documents for its establishment of a research institution with others; advised a recruitment company on compliance system establishment and risk segregation and drafted related supporting documents for its new operation mode “online + offline”; advised many pharmaceutical companies on clinical trials, including preparation of clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, co-development cooperation agreements, drug production agreements, service agreements with CROs, SMOs and other third parties, informed consents, drug supply agreements, and pharmacovigilance agreements, and legal counseling on human genetic material and biosecurity, etc.; represented Lippo Group in a number of real estate M&As, participated in financing transactions of Data Stream Technology, Botree Cycling and other companies, represented on claim declaration in Changchun Changsheng bankruptcy case, Heilongjiang Longshui Group restructuring project, and served as a financing lawyer and regular legal counsel of Inxmed, Simoon Record, KEY TECH, Ascentage Pharma, Zebra China, SinoConfix and other enterprises; represented clients in nearly 100 contract dispute arbitration and litigation cases.
