- Advised on PPP projects, such as Da Vinci Science and Technology Town in Jiashan;
- Advised on Ecological New City, a PPP project in Shangjie District, Zhengzhou;
- Advised on Third K12 School in Nanyang;
- Advised Beijing Lippo Century Real Estate Co., Ltd. on its Lippo Plaza & Shiliting project in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, as well as its real estate development projects in Huai an, Jiangsu, Taizhou, Jiangsu, Zhuhai, and other location;
- Represented China Cosco in dealing with the lands and properties of its subsidiary in Beijing;
- Represented Lucky Hope (Shenyang) in the negotiation with Evergrande Real Estate on equity transfer transactions, and issued special legal opinions on these transactions, avoiding financial losses of hundreds of millions of RMB;
- Represented Lucky Hope in the negotiation with Israeli investors on divestment and provided corresponding legal support;

- Represented Beijing Hongrun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in an arbitration of a dispute over construction contract (with a subject amount of tens of millions);
- Represented Beijing Sun City Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in an arbitration of a dispute over engineering contract (with a subject amount of tens of millions);
- Represented China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd., in construction contract dispute with Langfang Shengshi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (with a subject amount of hundreds of millions).
